Our data gathering is limited to the contacts you choose to share, including their names, numbers, and relational details. After assessing your risk profile, we'll swiftly erase the provided contact details.
Camera：
We need your camera access to provide you with an easy/smooth experience and allow you to take pictures of your KYC documents or other related documents and send them to the app throughout the process of the loan application.
Also, you will be able to take pictures of your KYC documents and other relevant documents in the loan application process. Then, you can send them to the app.
Documentation：
We ask for permission to retain information for the application to allow you to submit photos and/or documents throughout the loan application process and complete the application.
Phone Status：
For other parties that can participate in risk assessments, we would use the status of your mobile phone to identify you and keep your information secure.
Read SMS：
We collect SMS information and pass it to https://api.fitspeedloan.com so that we can find reliable references for risk analysis.
APP List:
To analyze your reputation and availability through pre-approved personalized loans, we request QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission and collect a list of installed app metadata information including app name, package name, install time, update time, version name and version code of each installed app on your device. The data will be uploaded to https://api.fitspeedloan.com
2. DATA RETENTION
We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your registration with us is valid and the Outstanding Amount(s) is due and payable to LENDER. We may also retain and use your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Subject to this section, we will try to delete your Personal Information upon reasonable written request for the same. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting Personal Information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist even after deletion.
